Otherworldly, Blissful

Prana is world music for the yogic journey.  Visions of India and temples race through my mind when I listen to this recording.  Beautiful moodysynths, with tablas, sitars and guitars blend together for an exquisite CD of music and global environmental sounds.  These sounds were recorded all over the world.  Bali, Thailand, India and Tibet, just to name a few.  The collaboration between Craig Kohland (the mastermind behind "Shaman's dream" projects) and Chuck Jonkey is a match made in heaven.  I've always enjoyed both of these talented artists on their own, but together is even better. This album has a true otherworldly feeling.  Use this blissful recording for meditation or yoga.  If you don't relax to this one, something is very wrong.   - Scott Sutphen, Malibu Magazine
